Residential Scan To BIM
This was the project in which our client wanted us to create a parametric As-Built BIM Model for a residential building. Thus, the service used was Scan to BIM with the use of Revit software. Since, this project was related to the renovation of an old building, our client wanted us to work with them. With the team of experienced professionals, we covered all the areas and elements of the project along with clash-detection and MEP BIM coordination.
What we did?
Our team of engineers visited the site and inspected the entire building to know what, how, and where laser scanning is required. Also, we had requested the client to share with us the design or drawing that they were having which helped us to evaluate and prepare a plan to start the project.
Here for the project, we have used the software Revit, which was the core need and demand. With regular coordination with our clients and sharing the update of the work, we were able to create proper SOPs that worked parallel with the project offsite and onsite.
