Elementary school building BIM Modeling

We worked on a BIM project for an elementary school in Georgetown, Massachusetts, with a total area of 10,100 sq.m. The three-story school was designed for 770 students and included classrooms, computer labs, music and band rooms, art studios, and interactive learning spaces. Using Revit, we created detailed models and coordinated work across Structural, MEPFP, Landscape, and Civil Design to meet the client’s needs.

Our detailed BIM work, including MEP BIM services, Structural, and HVAC systems, helped complete the project successfully. It improved design coordination, made construction more efficient, and supported sustainability and energy performance. As a result, we transformed Penn Brook School into a vibrant “School in the woods,” offering students an eco-friendly and inspiring place to learn.
