Social Media Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team at MaRS BIM Solutions. As a leading BIM Services provider, we are dedicated to transforming the construction industry through innovative Building Information Modeling solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Tailor content and campaigns to each platform’s audience and requirements.
• Craft compelling text for posts across all platforms, maintaining consistency with brand messaging.
• Generate visually appealing assets, including images, videos, and documents (PPT/PDF), to effectively showcase our BIM expertise.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering positive relationships with our audience.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all social media channels.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to social media campaigns across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, with expertise in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter marketing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software.
